Pejman Farzaneh is a licensed and certified civil engineer with fifteen years of experience working as a project manager on industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects and a project engineer and contract administrator on multi-million-dollar construction and rail infrastructure projects. Engineers in Australia have examined and acknowledged him as a Civil Engineer. He is an NSW Fair Trading Licensed Builder with extensive professional expertise.
He has supervised teams of designers, subcontractors, and engineers on various construction projects. He has supervised all major aspects of the projects such as design, estimation, planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, construction, and quality control, as well as liaising with clients, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders WHS.

Luis Riveros is a business development leader in the construction industry, driving growth initiatives at Highcorp. He is responsible for acquiring new clients, developing sales strategies, and enhancing operations through expert consultation. He oversees Integrated Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and delivers staff training to boost performance. Working closely with the executive team, he leads strategic efforts to improve service quality, customer experience, and project outcomes.
